Fabulous Beach Villa

From the moment you enter this home you are thrilled to be here. The view of the pool and the expansive view of the ocean is just gorgeous. The home was designed to enjoy every area. The kitchen is beautiful and appliances modern. The grill worked perfectly as did everything in the home. Being on Long Bay Beach makes everything even better. If you are trying to get away from it all this is the place to visit. We saw one little boy fishing on the beach the entire week we were here. It is so quiet and peaceful. This is by far the best home we have stayed in yet in Provo. Just beautiful and comfortable. We are hoping to come back next year for a longer stay.

Villa Isla is perfect for entertaining. Dine al fresco on the covered grilling terrace or take advantage of the chef’s kitchen and gather your guests around the spacious ten-seat dining table.

Families with kids will have plenty to do. The ocean breezes are ideal for flying kites, and the water is shallow for hundreds of yards, making it easy to look for sea life like crabs. We provide pool toys, sand toys, water floaties and ocean loungers. You can also take the kayak or stand-up paddle board out on the water, or have waverunners or jet skis dropped off for you at the shore.

Amazing!

This Villa was amazing inside and out. I was there on a guys trip and the villa was perfect because there were enough bedrooms for us all to have our own place. My favorite aspects were:

- The views are amazing!
- Loved being able to open the back doors wide and bring the outside in!
- The privacy!
- The amazing kitchen
- Out door dining area!
- The pool w/ a view
- The beach a few steps away
- The cleanliness of everything!
- The guest house

I have travelled the world and never stayed anywhere even close to as beautiful as this Villa and Turks for that matter. Trying to get back as soon as possible.

What a beautiful villa...our whole family had a wonderful time!!

Very up to date and nicely modern and just perfect for our family of 7. There was plenty of outdoor space to lounge around. 2 sectional sofas and 6 chase lounge chairs are all outside around the pool. We kept the doors open all the way and there was a wonderful breeze blowing through the house. We used the A/C only in the bedrooms at night. We ate breakfast and several lunches in the fully equipped kitchen and ate all dinners out. Plenty of seating inside or outside by the grill and outside refrigerator (used for drinks). Easy steps down to the beach where there were 6 Chaise lounges there. We walked the beach every day as well as swam in the ocean. The pool was very refreshing and so was the hot tub. Plenty of Beach towels were available. Bath towels were plenty too and very nice quality. Mid week cleaning was very nice. The staff was fantastic and very receptive and caring. We rented 2 cars and that worked out well with the diving, and kite boarding and fishing activities that a few or all of us participated in. We had a wonderful time and would recommend this villa as the perfect place to stay.

Incredible Vacation!

Our family of 5 plus two friends stayed at Villa Isla for a week. It was the perfect vacation from start to finish. As soon as you walk up the stairs and into the villa the views are better than any postcard. The owners made perfect use of the space and take advantage of the views in every room. The pool was perfect as was the hot tub in the evenings. The beach was a few step walk down stairs and the ocean was shallow and calm for the kids the entire time. While it was quite hot during our stay at no time did we ever even need the air conditioning. There was a constant breeze which made it very comfortable all day and night.The indoor and outdoor furniture was very high quality and there were numerous places for the entire group to relax and enjoy the setting.
The kitchen had everything you would need to cook whether it was a quick grill or a more involved dinner. The service we received from the property manager was also perfect. They were attentive and wanted to make sure we had a great time. It was a perfect vacation and Villa Isla could not have been a better spot for our family!

We had two families (group of 10) stay at Villa Isla for a week. The house provided us EVERYTHING we could have hoped for during our stay. The setting is gorgeous when you pull in the driveway and even better when you walk through the front doors. The open floor plan and floor-to-ceiling windows that open like an accordion provide for inside/outside living. The pool area is family friendly and the ocean is pure sand. Besides the windy days making the ocean a little rough for children swimming or SUPs, the water was still warm and we enjoyed many hours of our stay at the home. The bedrooms and living areas are awesome. The kitchen was more than sufficiently stocked. There were tons of kids toys for the pool and beach which is so nice.... There was a great supply of sunscreen that has been left over from other guests. The cleaning ladies do a lovely job of prepping the place and keeping leftover things that can really enhance the next guest's stay. We enjoyed the music system and the feeling of having no neighbors! We had one small issue with the alarm system going off in the night (briefly) and Dinesh was on top of that in no time. Don't think twice about renting this house. It's close to Grace Bay but a lovely retreat for families!

Jarad Lanham works directly for the owners of Villa Isla to ensure that each and every guest feels completely taken care of during their visit. Jarad can take care of reservations and address any initial questions prior to your stay. Jarad would love to move to the Turks & Caicos Islands to take you on a waverunner tour, accompany you on a chartered fishing trip or join you for the Thursday Fish Fry on Grace Bay Beach. Unfortunately he's located in Columbia, Missouri USA where he oversees a portfolio of investment properties for the owners of Villa Isla. Because he believes in a level of service that can't be provided from the states, he's enlisted the assistance of Dinesh Rampersaud with Island Escapes, Ltd.

Dinesh Rampersaud is a qualified property manager who has developed and managed an extensive luxury villa portfolio for over 5 years. She has worked for over 10 years in the tourism industry in the Turks & Caicos Islands. Dinesh or a member of her staff will greet you upon your arrival to Villa Isla. Dinesh is your onsite contact and is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week to ensure that your stay is as relaxing or exciting as you would like it to be. Dinesh and her husband Julian are long time residents of TCI and know all the ins and out of what makes Provo work.
